Banana Choco Chip Oatmeal Cups

Ingredients

- 2 cups of rolled oats
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup almond milk 
- 1 egg
-1/4 cup of brown sugar 
- 1 tsp. of vanilla extract 
-1/4 cup of chocolate chips
-1/4 cup of cinnamon chips 
- 1/2 tsp of baking powder
- cinnamon 

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Combine all ingredients and scoop 1/4 cup into each muffin cup. I use the silicone liners because it's so easy to get the muffin out with them!

  3. Bake for 25 mins

  4. After baking, let it cool for 10 mins before enjoying!
