Cookie Dough Overnight Oats

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter

  • 3/4 cup almond milk

  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup

  • 1 tablespoon cacao nibs or mini chocolate chips

  • Optional: coconut whipped cream on top 

 
Instructions:
  • Combine all ingredients except cacao nibs and whipped cream.

  • Mix it up and place it in the refrigerator overnight.

  • In the morning, top with coconut whipped cream and cacao nibs.
