Cookie Dough Overnight Oats
Ingredients:

1/2 cup rolled oats

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon peanut butter

3/4 cup almond milk

2 teaspoons maple syrup

1 tablespoon cacao nibs or mini chocolate chips

Optional: coconut whipped cream on top
Instructions:

Combine all ingredients except cacao nibs and whipped cream.

Mix it up and place it in the refrigerator overnight.

In the morning, top with coconut whipped cream and cacao nibs.
