Oatmeal Breakfast Cookies


1/2 cup of whole wheaat flour
1 cup of oats
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup of coconut oil
1/4 cup of honey 
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup dark choco chips
1/4 cup of pecans


1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Combine egg with coconut oil and honey. Mix well.
3. Mix in the rest of the ingredients
4. Take a small amount from the mixture and roll it up into a small ball. You should end up with 6 larges pieces. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake for 10-12 mins. Take cookies out and let them cool for 5 mins.
