Ingredients
2 cups of rolled oats
2 ripe bananas
1 cup almond milkÂ
1 egg
1/4 cup of brown sugarÂ
1 tsp. of vanilla extractÂ
1/4 cup of chocolate chips
1/4 cup of cinnamon chipsÂ
1/2 tsp of baking powder
CinnamonÂ
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350.
Combine all ingredients and scoop 1/4 cup into each muffin cup. I use the silicone liners because it's so easy to get the muffin out with them!
Bake for 25 mins
After baking, let it cool for 10 mins before enjoying!
