Cookie Dough Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter

  • 3/4 cup almond milk

  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup

  • 1 tablespoon cacao nibs or mini chocolate chips

  • Optional: coconut whipped cream on top 

Cookie Dough Overnight Oats

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients except cacao nibs and whipped cream.

  2. Mix it up and place it in the refrigerator overnight.

  3. In the morning, top with coconut whipped cream and cacao nibs.
