Ingredients
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon peanut butter
3/4 cup almond milk
2 teaspoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon cacao nibs or mini chocolate chips
Optional: coconut whipped cream on topÂ
Preparation
Combine all ingredients except cacao nibs and whipped cream.
Mix it up and place it in the refrigerator overnight.
In the morning, top with coconut whipped cream and cacao nibs.Â
