Ingredients
2 medium ripe bananas
1 cup of rolled oatsÂ
1/4 cup of almond butter
tsp vanilla extractÂ
pinch of saltÂ
1/4 cup of choco chipsÂ
1/4 cup of walnutsÂ
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray baking sheet with oil.
Mash the bananas in a bowl.
Add the oats , vanilla extract ,salt,almond butter. Mix. Add in choco chips and walnuts.
Roll, then flatten 10-12 small cookies and place on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake at 350°F for about 12 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown, as shown.
