Healthy Breakfast Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 medium ripe bananas

  • 1 cup of rolled oats 

  • 1/4 cup of almond butter

  • tsp vanilla extract 

  • pinch of salt 

  • 1/4 cup of choco chips 

  • 1/4 cup of walnuts 

Healthy Breakfast Cookies

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray baking sheet with oil.

  2. Mash the bananas in a bowl.

  3. Add the oats , vanilla extract ,salt,almond butter. Mix. Add in choco chips and walnuts.

  4. Roll, then flatten 10-12 small cookies and place on the prepared baking sheet.

  5. Bake at 350°F for about 12 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown, as shown.
