Ingredients
2- 3 ripe bananas
½ cup vanilla Greek yoghurt
1 large egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 cup honey
2 Tbsp. melted coconut butter
1/4 cup of nut butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1 ½ cup oat flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 dark chocolate chips

Preparation
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.Â
In a mixing bowl, mash together the bananas.
Add in yoghurt, egg, vanilla extract, honey, and coconut oil. Mix together until everything is combined.
In a separate bowl, mix together the cinnamon, flour, baking soda and chopped walnuts.Â
Pour in the banana mixture and stir until all ingredients are combined.Â
Line a 12 muffin tin with cupcake liners or grease the muffin tin. Spoon in the batter into the muffin hole.Â
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
