Oatmeal Breakfast Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of whole wheaat flour

  • 1 cup of oats

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 cup of coconut oil

  • 1/4 cup of honey 

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 cup dark choco chips

  • 1/4 cup of pecans

Oatmeal Breakfast Cookies

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Combine egg with coconut oil and honey. Mix well.

  3. Mix in the rest of the ingredients

  4. Take a small amount from the mixture and roll it up into a small ball. You should end up with 6 larges pieces.

  5. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  6. Bake for 10-12 mins. Take cookies out and let them cool for 5 mins.
