Pumpkin Choco Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of kodiak cakes ⁠

  • 1/2 a small container of chobani greek yogurt (vanilla)⁠

  • 3/4 cup of pumpkin puree⁠

  • 1 egg⁠

  • 2 tablespoons of monk fruit sweetener⁠

  • 1 tsp of vanilla⁠

  • 1 tsp of baking powder⁠

  • a bunch of cinnamon⁠

  • 1/4 cup of chocolate chips⁠

Pumpkin Choco Cookies

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350.  Line cookie sheet with parchment paper for easy clean up. ⁠

  2. Combine all ingredients together

  3. Then take about 2 tablespoons of batter for each cookie.⁠

  4. Stick them in the oven for about 12 mins .

  5. After take them out and let them cool for about 5 mins!⁠

  6. The texture is more like a muffin than a cookie but the taste is so yummy!!⁠
