Ingredients
1 cup of kodiak cakes
1/2 a small container of chobani greek yogurt (vanilla)
3/4 cup of pumpkin puree
1 egg
2 tablespoons of monk fruit sweetener
1 tsp of vanilla
1 tsp of baking powder
a bunch of cinnamon
1/4 cup of chocolate chips
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper for easy clean up.
Combine all ingredients together
Then take about 2 tablespoons of batter for each cookie.
Stick them in the oven for about 12 mins .
After take them out and let them cool for about 5 mins!
The texture is more like a muffin than a cookie but the taste is so yummy!!
