Ingredients
Dry ingredients
1/2 cup of rolled oats
1 scoop protein powder
1 tbsp of monk fruit sweetener
1 tbsp of chia seeds
Wet ingredients
1/2 cup vanilla-flavored Greek yogurt
3/4 cup of oat milk
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1/2 cup of strawberries
Preparation
Mix all wet ingredients ( and protein powder)in a blender.
Pour all dry ingredients into a shallow mug.
Pour in wet ingredients then mix together with a spoon.
Put in refrigerator overnight.
In the morning, mix up then top with coconut whip and fresh strawberries!
Optional: -Can add 1 tbsp of whipped cream cheese for extra creamy flavor!
