Strawberry Yogurt Bark


- 3 cups of nonfat Greek yogurt 
- 1 1/2 cup of sliced strawberries
- 1/4 cup of chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup of maple syrup or your favorite sweetener 
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract ​

  1. Take the Greek yogurt and mix it with the maple syrup and vanilla extract in a large bowl.

  2. Take a large flat sheet plan, line it with parchment paper, and pour the yogurt mixture evenly over the sheet pan.

  3. Next pour strawberries over the yogurt mixture. Then add chocolate chips.

  4. Place in freezer for a few hours 

  5. Once frozen, break into even pieces.
