Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats

  • ¼ cup Rolled Oats 

  • Cinnamon

  • ½ cup Vanilla Almond Milk 

  • ½ cup Greek Yogurt, plain 

  • 1½ tbsp Monk Fruit sweetner

  • 1/2 cup chopped apples


  1. Add oats, cinnamon, almond milk, yogurt, and monk fruit to any other jar with a lid. Stir all ingredients together.

  2. Then place the chopped apples on top of your oat mixture and sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon.

  3. Place the lid on the jar and put it in the fridge to rest for the rest of the night.

  4. After the oats have rested, soaking up the liquids ,give everything one final stir and enjoy!
