Bluebery Greek yogurt  pancakes

Ingredients
  • 1 cup oat flour⁣

  • ⁣1 cup all purpose flour⁣

  • ⁣½ cup of vanilla greek yogurt⁣

  • ⁣1 cup of almond milk⁣

  • ⁣½ cup of blended blueberries ⁣

  • ⁣4 tsps of baking powder⁣

  • ⁣2 eggs ⁣

  • Vanilla extract 

  • 2 tbsps of monk fruit sugar sub (or choose sugar sub of your choice)

  • 1/4 tsp of salt 

Instructions

✅  Combine all wet ingredients first...then combine with dry ingredients⁣...add more almond milk if          it's too thick ...

✅ Warm up skillet and spray with cooking spray...i used trader joe’s coconut oil cooking spray⁣

✅ Take 1/4 cup of batter and pour into skillet. Cook for approx...3 mins on each side 

 

Optional toppings: peanut butter , fruit , maple syrup , agave, honey 🍯
