Strawberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats
- 1/2 cup of rolled oats
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 tbsp of monk fruit sweetener
- 1 tbsp of chia seeds
- 1/2 cup vanilla-flavored Greek yogurt
- 3/4 cup of oat milk
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup of strawberries
Mix all wet ingredients ( and protein powder)in a blender.
Pour all dry ingredients into a shallow mug.
Pour in wet ingredients then mix together with a spoon.
Put in refrigerator overnight.
In the morning, mix up then top with coconut whip and fresh strawberries!
-Can add 1 tbsp of whipped cream cheese for extra creamy flavor!
