Strawberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats

Ingredients:
  • Dry ingredients
    - 1/2 cup of rolled oats 
    - 1 scoop protein powder 
    - 1 tbsp of monk fruit sweetener 
    - 1 tbsp of chia seeds

  • ​Wet ingredients

      - 1/2 cup vanilla-flavored Greek yogurt
      - 3/4 cup of oat milk 
      - 1 tsp of vanilla extract 
      - 1/2 cup of strawberries 

 
Instructions:
  1.  Mix all wet ingredients ( and protein powder)in a blender.

  2. Pour all dry ingredients into a shallow mug.

  3. Pour in wet ingredients then mix together with a spoon.

  4. Put in refrigerator overnight.

  5. In the morning, mix up then top with coconut whip and fresh strawberries!

Optional:
   -Can add 1 tbsp of whipped cream cheese for extra creamy flavor!
